Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: 1. Appointments and Walk-ins o Appointments are highly recommended to guarantee service. You can book an appointment by clicking "Book Now" on our website or calling (905) 858-2828. o Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed and will depend on staff schedules. 2. Punctuality o We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A 10-minute grace period will be given. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled or subject to delays. 3. Cancellations o If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. 4. Refunds and Satisfaction o We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. o Services are non-refundable, but we offer adjustments or fixes within 5 days of your visit, depending on the nature of the service. 5. Health and Safety o We follow strict sanitation procedures and only use sanitized, sterilized tools for every client. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions, please inform our staff prior to your service so that we can accommodate your needs. 6. Children and Guests o For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we request that children under the age of 12 be supervised at all times during their visit. Guests accompanying clients may be asked to wait in the lounge area. 7. Gift Certificates and Vouchers o Gift certificates are available and are non-refundable. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for gratuities. 8. Broken Nails Policy o If a nail breaks within 3 days of your service, we are happy to fix it free of charge. After 3 days, standard repair fees will apply. 9. Personal Belongings o We kindly ask that you take care of your personal belongings during your visit. The salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
